Everyone has the right to request that a public entity ensure the digital accessibility of a specified website. It is also possible to request that information be provided via an alternative means of access, as referred to in Article 7 of the Act on digital accessibility.

Digital accessibility should be provided without undue delay, no later than 7 days from the date of the request.
If this deadline cannot be met, the public entity shall inform the requester of the reasons for the delay and provide a new deadline, not exceeding 2 months from the date of the request.

The statement was developed based on a self-assessment carried out using available automated tools by the Implementation and Development of E-services Section of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice.
The building has two entrances located in the central part. The main entrance is at the front, from Poniatowskiego Street. Inside, there are stairs leading to the ground floor; on the right side, there is a platform for wheelchair users, and on the left, a security desk.
A second entrance from the internal courtyard of the Ministry of the Interior hospital serves evacuation purposes and allows wheelchair access.
The building is equipped with a passenger lift with Braille buttons. There are no designated parking spaces for persons with disabilities.
All floors (except basements) are accessible to wheelchair users. An accessible toilet is available on the ground floor. Entry with an assistance or guide dog is permitted. There are no induction loops or Braille/large-print markings for visually impaired users.
The ZTM complex has 12 entrances, 5 of which are equipped with ramps and handrails for wheelchair access.
Buildings D3, C1, and partially D4/3 are accessible via ramps and lifts. Lifts are available in segments C1, C2, and C3 and provide access to all floors.
Buildings D4 and C3 are currently under renovation and have limited accessibility.
A wheelchair-accessible lift is available near lecture halls in building A2.
